Ramón A. Santisteban Rivera
Ramón is a professional in industrial safety, occupational health and quality methodologies with a combined experience of 30 years. He studied Political Science at the Catholic University of Ponce, Puerto Rico, a specialization in Artistic Performance at Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, Virginia, USA, and Digital Electronics at IBC in Ponce Puerto Rico.
Ramon is an entrepreneur with over 20 years working in manufacturing operations, pharmaceutical processes, computerized process control systems, quality control, process validation, process optimization, and personnel supervision and training. Operational problem solver who continually focuses on analyzing process systems in detail and generating cost effective solutions to operational problems. An excellent communicator, skilled in building and strengthening cross-functional relationships to drive strategic and cohesive operations.
Ramon is co-founder of Assertion LLC, a computer application technology company developing applications for regulatory affairs management and ISO compliance.
Throughout his professional experience, Ramon has managed quality control operations, supply chain, environmental operations, production operations and services, including planning / management / coordination of facilities and customer support.
